The brief

To create a green haven garden with generously proportioned areas to entertain or relax and one that offers the indoor-outdoor living experience.

What we did

The boundary fencing was replaced with a mixture of traditional close board fence panels and contemporary batten fencing.

Paving was laid in multiple areas within the garden creating patios, framing planting areas and edging large gravel surfaces.

Large planting areas were formed to give privacy and create multiple hidden zones

At the rear of the garden, a timber structure gives vertical height and includes a seating area and storage cupboard. A wildlife pond in this part of the garden has become a haven for wildlife and a point of interest for the clients’ children

A comprehensive lighting scheme brings the green haven garden to life at night.

What makes this green haven garden unique?

The clean crisp lines of the paving and gravel areas are softened by abundant planting that is attractive to pollinators. A natural pond also invites other wildlife into the garden and creates a sense of calm.

The Result

A green haven hideaway from the world.
